Starting in May, five business walks were conducted in nine locations around Benicia to gauge how businesses are coping and with COVID-19 and to learn how the City can better assist them. Sometimes it's something as simple as additional garbage cans that can make a slight improvement for businesses adapting to this new way of operating.
