Benicia Businesses can Apply for BayREN Loans

Solano EDC, partner for BayREN energy programs, has announced that Solano area businesses can apply for interest-free microloans through the nonprofit Mission Asset Fund (MAF).

Zero-percent interest loans of up to $2,500 are available for LED lights, air purifiers, outdoor heaters, refrigerators, A.V. and many more ENERGY STAR rated appliances or equipment. Other energy saving measures may qualify as well. The process can be conducted online or done with the help of a MAF representative who can help each business find the right cost-saving equipment, recommended contractors, or provide guidance on the application process. The qualifications are minimal and challenged credit is okay.
