Face Masks Required at Indoor Public Spaces

Benicia City Council adopted a resolution on Aug. 24, 2021, requiring that each person, aged 4 years and over, wear a face covering when in any indoor or enclosed space open to the public. Benicia City Council will review this action in six weeks.
To make things easier for Benicia businesses, we have create a flyer for you to post in your business window. If you need a copy printed for you, just let us know. Or you can pick up a copy at the front desk at City Hall.
The intent and goal of this action is educational and not punitive.
