industrial properties

Benicia's industrial space is competitively priced in comparison with the Bay Area, North Bay and East Bay; particularly given the city's strategic location for distribution and low crime rates.

Industrial spaces lease for between $0.50 and $0.90 per square foot per month, depending on the facility size. Generally speaking, rates in the BIP are 10-15% less than the Bay Area.
