Nor Cal Community Loan Fund

Northern California Community Loan Fund: Located in Oakland. Financing working capital, building loans and real estate projects up to $3 million.


First Northern Bank

First Northern Bank offers both SBA 7(a) loans and SBA 504 loans for business expansion, purchase equipment, and a term loan featuring competitive rates and flexible terms. 


Bay Area Development Company

Bay Area Development Company, located in Walnut Creek, offers fixed rate financing. SBA 504 loans have 20 year fixed interest rates, helping you lock in your occupancy costs for a generation. 


Veteran Business Outreach Center Region IX

Sacramento based Veteran Business Outreach Center offers SBA Patriot Loans - available to veterans and their spouses. Military Reservist Loans are for businesses that were interrupted due to a reservist being called into active duty.

 

Nor-Cal FDC

Nor-Cal FDC has a wide range of mid-sized loan options for existing businesses that need $50,000 to $250,000.

 

 


U.S. Small Business Administration

The SBA (Small Business Administration) located in San Francisco offers a variety of loan programs for a variety of specific purposes. 

  • SBA &(7a) Loan Program: SBA guarantees financing for general business purposes through lending institutions for the purchase of real estate or equipment, or the construction/renovation of new or existing buildings.

  • Microloan Program: SBA's Microloan program provides small, short-term loans to small business concerns and certain types of not-for-profit child-care centers.

  • SBA 504 Loan Program Certified Development Company (CDC) 504 Loan: SBA's 504 Loan Program offers long-term, fixed rate loan for major assets from $300,000 to $10 million. For uses such as the purchase of land or the construction of new facilities.
